Who We Are

At the National Centre for Diversity we share the hopes of many people in the UK who want their children to grow up in a world where everyone has a fair chance of succeeding whatever their background.

The National Centre for Diversity aims to advance fairness for all in the workplace by helping organisations to embed best Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) practices.  Our goal is to positively influence beliefs, attitudes, behaviour and conduct towards issues surrounding EDI. We want organisations to do more than just tick boxes; we want them to transform the workplace environment to one which is equitable and inclusive. We do this through the Investor’s in Diversity awards, e-learning programmes, face-to-face training, consultancy and EDI events.
