GRADES
Birmingham – 10th October 07
Manchester – 11th October 07 (Town Hall)
London – February 2008
The GRADES events will be a unique method of linking exhibitors to job seekers who are hard to target. Targeting and sourcing methods of attracting candidates from the 6 diversity strands can be hard, time consuming and expensive. This is where we can help…
Attending GRADES will re-affirm your commitment and emphasise the work you are currently doing to promote the work you do. GRADES will also save recruiters money and time. With over 1,000 community network associations being targeted within each region to either source or engage with this many local groups would take a substantial amount of time and resources. Networking with such organisation is a proven method of attracting visitors to such events. Details are attached on the different types of organisations being targeted.

Attending GRADES will open the doors to fresh candidates which have not been previously targeted so directly. GRADES is not solely for recruiters who want to tick boxes. It’s about profile raising and promoting their organisations as equal opportunities employers – they will recruit and build up an excellent candidate database from their attendance making these events an extremely cost effective method of recruiting.
Any organisation taking part will also be able to meet with community workers at an informal welcome reception which will take place prior to the event opening to the public. This gives you the chance to make new connections and again re-affirm your current commitments to engaging with local people.
