Equals One & Encore Recruitment
Equals One & Encore Recruitment have just won a big government contract to deliver a National Job Share Service around the UK. They are aiming to launch the service in July and it will predominantly be a Jobs Board that focuses on job share and higher level part time vacancies, plus acts as a portal for disseminating useful information and resources. The jobs board will be backed up by a personalised 'enhanced recruitment service' and an advisory service. They are the lead partner on the service and are delivering it in conjunction with Working Families and the UK Resource Centre for Women in Science Engineering and Technology (UKRC). It is intended that this project will support itself financially in 12 months so will be an ongoing service.
