BECAUSE WE’RE WORTH IT –

 Promoting Equality, Valuing Diversity

Regional Forum Annual Policy Conference

Wednesday 11th July 2007, Thornbury Centre, Bradford

This conference will explore the very current issues of how to promote equality and value diversity in the work of the voluntary and community sector across the region, and how these values inspire and task us to address inequalities.

The conference is a must for voluntary and community organisations and partners who wish to explore the territory beyond equal opportunities to where and how real equality and diversity can make a difference to all communities across our region.

Keynote Speaker: Joy Warmington, Chief Executive of Birmingham Race Action Partnership (b:RAP)

Joy will outline how b:RAP’s approach to equality is founded on principles of human rights. Visit: http://www.brap.org.uk to get a flavour of b:RAP’s activities.

Further publicity and a booking form will be circulated shortly and will be available for download from our website: www.regionalforum.org.uk or download the booking form here: doc Booking form.doc

In the meantime if you have any queries about the conference content, please contact Rachael Loftus on 0113 394 2300 or email: rachael.loftus@regionalforum.org.uk
