The Investors in Diversity for Schools Award differs slightly to the standard Investors in Diversity Awards in the following ways:
- In line with Ofsted requirements, we help your school to assess how well they are embedding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion into classroom practice.
- We help you to understand how your school as an employer can better support your staff and develop EDI compliant working practices.
- We support you in ensuring that your legal requirements are fulfilled in relation to the Equality Act 2010.
We can also provide additional services to help support your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) journey, including Learning Walks, where teaching staff are observed in the classroom by one of our expert advisors in order to evaluate how well EDI is embedded into teaching practice.
