Investors in Diversity

Unlock your organisation’s potential

The Investors in Diversity Award is recognised as much more than just a highly prized and prestigious quality mark. It is an all-encompassing approach to managing equality, diversity and inclusion effectively.

We understand that organisations have their own unique needs and motivations when they decide to embark on the Investors in Diversity journey. For that reason, we have developed three ‘Stages’ of Investors in Diversity and a flexible delivery model to ensure there is something for everyone.

In summary:

Stage 1 – Offers a health check to help you understand where your organisation is in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion
Stage 2 - Focuses on cultural change and taking your equality, diversity and inclusion work to the next level with the support of one of our dedicated Advisors
Stage 3 - Demonstrates excellence in equality, diversity and inclusion practice as well as improving your internal leadership and supporting you to become an ambassador in your field
