Biography

Vicky leads the Department for Transport’s work on Diversity and Talent Management.

Vicky began her HR career in central government, working in a variety of roles, covering Organisational Development, Employee Development and Equality & Diversity.

In her current role Vicky is responsible for leading the delivery of the DfT corporate strategy on diversity; succession planning; and talent management: including strategic and operational management of talent pools, as well as, monitoring and reporting on the Corporate Department’s progress against the DfT Diversity 10 Point Plan.

Vicky is passionate about transforming the Civil Service by developing tomorrow’s leaders and championing a more diverse and representative workforce.
